ANY FALSE TAKEDOWN WILL BE MET WITH STRONG LEGAL ACTION

If no proof of legal trademark documents we will immediately sue any website/individual/ entity for a large multiple of the damages/losses that occur during the period the product page is down.

We currently work closely with shopify legal and a top US law firm to deplatform and sue those who submit false trademark takedown notices and abuse the shopify trademark takedown system.
